That irresistible urge for CHOCOLATE can almost be satisfied with this wonderfully delicious cake! Why "almost"??? Don't we women need an excuse for more chocolate when we want it?? LOL!

12 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 oz. Sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350* F. Grease Bundt pan very well; set aside.
In bowl of mixer, combine cake mix, dry pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil and eggs; mix well; stir in chocolate chips.
Transfer to prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Remove to wire rack for 10 minutes before inverting onto serving plate.
This cake can be left plain, dusted with confectioners? sugar, dusted with cocoa, or drizzled with a chocolate glaze.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE

2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Melt chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup in top of double boiler, stirring until smooth. (If you want you can use the microwave - melt the chocolate chips, then add other ingredients.)
