1 Cup diced, raw potato
1 Cup diced carrots
1 Cup cooked meat - chicken, beef, pork
1 Cup uncooked macaroni
3 Tbls. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
1 1/2 Cups frozen veggies - mixed veggies, peas, corn, etc.
1 1/2 Cups milk
1 Cup shredded chedar cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and pour iinto greased baking dish. Bake covered, for 1 1/2 hours. As simple as this casserole is, it's amazingly delicious!
