Materials:
pork 200 grams,
agaric 25 grams (commonly used in sichuan asparagus lettuce),
Youjia onion oil 25 grams,
Youjia garlic oil 15 grams,
Youjia ginger oil 10 grams,
Youja Pickled Chili 25 grams,
Salt 1 gram,
sugar 15 grams
Vinegar 5 grams,
soy sauce 1 g,
starch 25 grams,
edible oil 100 grams


Practice:
1, agaric soak with warm water, shredded and pork

2, pork preserved in a little salt and 10 grams starch

3, pickled chili choped, stand by

4, 15 grams wet starch, salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, mix together

5, boiler heat, put into oil, fry pork scattered

6, put ito 3 &4 , add agaric, garlic oil, ginger oil, onion oil,

7 the last, add wet starch

I can say for sure, I will not be making this dish. I would never be able to find the ingredients. I don't understand why you would want fish flavored pork.
If someone made it I would try it. CF:)

Hey, sandiegoinvisalgin I will tell you what. Come on over to East Texas or North Louisiana We can fix you right up. Wont cost you much maybe just a few teeth and a broken limb or two. I hate spams. CF:)
