OK Mama, just because you asked. Orange Chess pie. we haven't eaten it yet, but it sure does smell good. Here is the recipe. I did cut the eggs back to 3 eggs. CF:)

Orange Chess Pie
Ingredients:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 tablespoon cornmeal
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
• 5 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 cup milk
• zest and juice of 1 orange
• 1/4 cup* orange juice
• 9-inch pie shell
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine first set of ingredients with a wire whip. Mix in butter, eggs and milk. Zest the orange. Add the zest to the pie filling. Juice the orange into a measuring cup. Add additional orange juice to make 1/4 cup. Add juice and mix. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake Orange Chess Pie for 25 minutes. Tent crust edges to avoid burning. Continue to bake Orange Chess Pie for 10 to 15 minutes more or until pie filling stops jiggling.

Mama, the orange pie was good. Not near as good as the lemon. The orange flavor was not very intense. I was somewhat disapointed. CF

I think I would have used 1/4c OJ concentrate thawed then - more intense flavor -
