Ingredients:
• 4 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes • 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes • 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese • Generous shake of Mrs. Dash seasoning Method: Defrost frozen hash browns (or place in microwave on defrost setting about 5 minutes to thaw). Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased 8x8" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
