This is how I make mine.
Basmati rice - 2 cups Carrot - 1 no Beans - 6 nos Cabbage - 1/4 piece Onion(small) - 1 no Capsicum - 1 no Pepper powder - 1 tsp Salt - As reqd Butter - 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Spring onion - A small bunch for garnishing 1)Chop all the vegetables into fine pieces. 2)Cook rice along with a tsp of salt and a few drops of oil. Drain and keep aside. 3)Heat butter and oil in a nonstick wok. 4)Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft. 5)Add all the vegetables one at a time and saute, till they become soft. 6)Add salt, pepper. 7)Add the rice and stir carefully on full heat. 8)Garnish with finely chopped spring onions. |
