croquette???
Call these that you want - I got this from a friend and they are really good!
1 lb potatoes - peeled, cut, boiled and mashed saute in skillet: 1/2 onion, minced (in a bit of oil) transfer onion to mashed potatoes using same skillet, brown in a bit of oil 1/4 lb. ground beef - add to mashed potatoes - combine season with salt and pepper to taste make flat and oval-shaped pieces coat each with flour, dip in beaten egg and then coat with panko bread crumbs fry in oil (350*F) until brown serve hot and enjoy
