Hominy Casserole
2 cans hominy (1 lb. 13 oz.)
1 green pepper, chopped
butter
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Drain and break up the hominy. Butter a 3 quart casserole. Layer the hominy and green pepper, dotting each layer with several spoonfuls of sour cream. Top with bits of butter, pour milk over top of all that. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
