Default Crawfish Cole Slaw

CRAWFISH COLE SLAW

1 head cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, chopped
1 red pepper, diced
1 C. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 C. toasted sesame seed
1 pkg. shrimp-flavored Ramen noodles
1/2 - 1 lb. crawfish meat tail

Dressing:
1 C. peanut oil
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Flavor package from Ramen noodles

Combine all ingredients with a whip. Heat crawfish in a frying pan,
and add dressing. Heat through and pour over slaw. Serve warm.

Sounds great, Mama. Wish you'd of posted it before we went shopping. What with the pound and a half of fresh salmon, and the lamb and veal for grinding, we're already way over this week's food budget.

But maybe next week.

Sorry KY - the story of my life - a day late and a dollar short! LOL

But you can always make this next week!

And I bet crabmeat would be just as good in place of the crawfish; or tiny shrimp.......got me thinkin' and that can be bad!!!! LOL
