Yummy Yummy, Mel’s Hashbrown Casserole
2 lb. Frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion, chopped
8 oz. Grated cheese
½ stick light butter
Thaw hashbrowns. Mix all ingredients except ½ the cheese.
Place into a 11x14 glass cooking dish.
Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done!!
