Default Chili lime shrimp

2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Asian chili garlic paste
Pam no stick cooking spray
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lime, cut into wedges

Combine tommato paste and chile paste in a small bowl.

spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over high heat for onw minute. add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink; stirring frequently.

add tomato paste mixture to shrimp and toss top coat evenly.

divide shrimp evenly among 4 plates. squeeze 1 lime wedge over each serving.

Makes 4 servings.

I am definitely trying this. We're always on the lookout for good easy shrimp recipes. They're so lowfat and so easy to throw in the skillet and saute.

Unfortunately, they're also expensive, but I guess some things are worth the sacrifice.
