2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Asian chili garlic paste Pam no stick cooking spray 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 lime, cut into wedges Combine tommato paste and chile paste in a small bowl. spray a large skillet with cooking spray; heat over high heat for onw minute. add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink; stirring frequently. add tomato paste mixture to shrimp and toss top coat evenly. divide shrimp evenly among 4 plates. squeeze 1 lime wedge over each serving. Makes 4 servings. |
