    Default Eddie Famese Masht Betadose

Interpreted this says "Eddie's Famous Mashed Potatoes"

My 9 yr. old loves the mashed taters my hubby makes and she requested these one year for Christmas dinner (she was in 1st grade) and that is how she spelled it when we asked her to write down what she wanted to see on the menu for Christmas that year!

All it really is is a pkt. of the Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix (the dry mix pkt) stirred into your mashed potatoes! It makes them taste delicious! But please omit adding salt when you prepare your mashed potatoes.

    Yum, Cath! Eddie done good!

I also like making mashed spuds using thick, chunky blue cheese dressing along w/ the butter (no milk or cream necessary). Gives them a nice tang!
