    Red face Green Pasta

This recipe is easy and inexpensive to make. It can be used as a side dish or main course depending on how much pasta you make. I eat it as main with cheese sticks of another protein appetizer.

Place about 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a metal frying pan; add a lump of butter heat and stir well. When it gets hot add some finely chopped garlic according to taste 2 or even 3 clovers and stir well. Next add finely chopped parsley about a cup. You can chop it yourself or use a food processor. Add this to the garlic mixture and keep stirring until it all turns green. You might need more olive oil if the sauce gets too thick. If you like add a bay leaf and some onion powder. But this is totally optional. You'll love it because it so fresh.
    Enjoy!!
