    Default mid week smoke

I'm ashamed to admit it's been a while since I did some smoking so today was a good day to break out of my slump.

Started with some sweet peppers from Wall Mart Stuffed with monterey jack cheese and wrapped in bacon

Then we made a fatty which was Jimmy Dean sausage roll covered with rub, Some Bushes beans

And a couple of racks of ribs

    It came out real good

I'm a big fan of Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans Sausage Rick. I will be smoking me a fatty within the next week or so.
