It's a box about 16" x 16" and about 4 ft tall. The bottom door gives access to the fire pan and just above it the water pan and the top door are two slide out meat racks. The racks are adjustable and all pans are in slide out racks so you don't have to take the thing apart to baste anything or replenish the fire/wood chip pan or the water pan like you do with a tube type smoker. It looks like a trash bag would cover it for storage and it would take up a lot less space then a side-box smoker. They are $69 at WallyWorld and I'm seriously considering one to replace my Cajun Cooker.
