Taco Soup
There are a lot of variations on this, but this is the one I use. Super easy to throw together when it seems there's no food in the house.
1 pound ground beef or turkey 1 can corn 1 can Rotel 1 can black beans 1 packet taco seasoning 1 packet ranch dressing mix Brown beef or turkey, drain. Add remaining ingredients (do not drain veggies). Add water to desired consistency - I usually add about 1 cup. Delicious on a cold day with cornbread!
