Bookbinders Crab Stew Recipe
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoons powdered chickens not
2 tablespoons flour
6 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
dash of white pepper
2 cups crab meat
Melt butter. Add powdered chicken stock and flour; mix until smooth. Add milk gradually and stir constantly until mixture comes just to a boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add crab meat and heat through. Makes 4 servings.
