Creamy Potato Soup
6-8 large potatoes, peeled
2 bunches of green onions, sliced
18 oz carton sour cream
1 lb. Velveta cheese grated
salt & pepper
Paprika
1 lb. Bacon fried crisp and crumbled.
Boil potatoes and green onions together until done. Add sour cream, velveta, salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add bacon. Garnish with add’l paprika
