What is more frightening than the spelling is that I was also cooking at that time lol. I made soup and Kevin's brownie cheesecake for my sister's birthday. I love that chicken soup with some of Mama's ricotta gnocchi in it. They are light as a cloud and dont get mushy like noodles. The chicken soup mix I use has a few noodles in it but not much.
I have two of those glazed dutch ovens now. One red 5 quart sold by Target (Chefmate brand I think) and the one my sis got me at Walmart which is 6 1/2 quart. I really like them both. I have a couple other dutch ovens but they are the plain cast iron with no coating. |
