Default Creamy Pumpkin & carrot soup

This is the first recipe I write in English... so if you don't understand what I mean, think logically

Very simple yet wonderful pumpkin&carrots soup

ingredients:
Spoon of oil (pref. olive)
300g carrots, cut
1 teaspoon of fresh cut ginger
250g sweet potatoes (batata)
100g pumpkin, cut to cubes
6 glasses of water
1 glass of soja milk for creaming (not necessary)

Preparation:
1) in a big pot put the oil, and fry the carrots and the ginger on medium flames for 5 minutes.
2) add the sweet potatos, pumpking, and water.
3) heat further until the water boil. Reduce flames to minimum and cover the pot. cook further for 15-20 until the vegetables soften.
4) take off the flames and allow a few minutes for it to cool down.
5) crush everything with a hand-blender (until it has a smooth texture).
6) back on fire. here you can add soja milk if wish. heat while stirring for 3 minutes and serve.
7) as decoration & enhancement, serve with a little bit of dill on top of a basil leaf.
