Default Dairy Free cheese cake

4 eggs separated
3/4 cups sugar
1 vanilla
2 T. flour
3 T. lemon juice
2 tofu (Toffuti) Cream cheese
about 3/4 packs cookies Crushed (the flavor is your choice)
Press crushed cookies into bottom of 10" round baking pan.

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. In a separate bowl mix rest of ingredients. Combine, Pour onto crushed cookies. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. When done let stand in oven until set, and cooled. Freeze overnight, or until ready to serve.

Thaw before serving. (I leave it a drop frozen - I like it better that way.)

Can this be altered using real blueberries? I love Blueberry cheesecakes. And if this would work, I would be eatin gmy favorite blueberries without the guilt of gaining weight.

I think the best way to find that out would be to 1) try it. 2) report back here.
