The vegetarian and vegan boards are not a very bad place to start looking for them! :^___^:

Come up with healthy things/ideas. Make a regular meal just switch it out for some more healthy substitutes.

Low fat?? Dishes mainly made with veggies and lean meats cooked in a healthy way! For example - chicken is great - minus the skin and it depends on how you prepare it. Boiled, broiled, roasted, grilled and even skillet fried in a bit of olive oil is good - but soaked in buttermilk, dredged in coatings and deep fried in not so healthy. I feel that all foods are healthy for you - it's just in how you prepare them and how much you consume - plus - how much exercise you get is very important.

Well, I think you better start with what kind of diet you would prefer. I mean if you don't like veggies that much it would really be a problem. If you do then you're lucky there are lots of choices for you around.
