egg, milk, and nut free cake
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp vinegar
5 tbsp oil
1 cup water
combine dry ingredients in amixing bowl and mix throuoghly. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl and stir to combine. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth batter. pour into greased and floured pan or cup cakes. bake in preheated oven 350*F, 35 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.
