    Default Balsamic Vinegarette

Does anyone have a good Balsamic Vinegarette recipe? Actually I'm interested in any good Vinegarette recipes. It doesn't have to be Balsamic.

    Thanks,
    Buttercream

    Hi Buttercream,

MamaM just posted some marvelous salad dressing recipes. One she posted a while back that we found to be very good and different was a prickly pear dressing.

I always make my basalmic vinegarette with extra virgin olive oil and basalmic vinegar with added dry spices of my chioce, I just use approx. 2/3cup of EVOO to 1/3 cup of basalmic vinegar (basalmic is my very favorite vinegar). Love to use the basalmic vinagerette to dip crusty fresh french bread in.

    Cheers, Cathy

P.S. The salad dressing recipes MamaM are posted under salad forum.
