new here so if this is an old q i apologize
i have a recipe that calls for sliced bananas
how do i keep them from turning black?

Welcome to the forum. Toss them into a bowl with some lemon juice and water. The lemon juice causes a chemical reaction that stops the color change. Same for apples.
