    Help with a pork salad, please.

    We are going to take some pork loin, season it with salt and jerk seasoning and grill it on our Griddler.

    Then we are going to cube it and serve it in a salad with mandarin orange slices, raisins, sliced almonds and romaine lettuce.

    Not quite sure how to dress it:

    I was thinking of some orange zest and orange juice (fresh), with EVOO and salt and pepper.

    But we were also think about some balsamic vinegar with or instead of the orange juice.

    Or maybe lemon juice.

    Any ideas or opinions.

    Default The salad turned out well

    I used this for a dressing.
