Default Anybody here ever use wonton wrappers for making ravioli?

I was thinking of trying it with a sweet desert style dish.

Anybody have an opinion on this?

    Thanks.

I have not used them for a desert, but I don't know why not. I have used them with all kinds of filling, mostly meat type fillings. I did do a corn filling once, it was good. CF

I have, too. There are several methods to seal but you can also try a cornstarch paste (4 t. cornstarch mixed with 5 t. water).
