Wow, great recipe. I will try this one at home when I have time. According to my friend here we can try to mix this fried cabbage with noodles. Do you think it would taste good? We will put the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water. And when the noddles are already cooked, we will drain it and mix the fried cabbage on it. What do you think?

I think I'll like this so much. I love cabbage so I know I'll love this one. But what's Mrs. Dash?

Heya pinkperson. I think your idea is neat. It's some sort of a ramen.

Wow buttersticks I like the sound of that one too. here is the one I usually make. But gonna have to try yours too.

1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes, with half of the juices drained
1/4 to 1/2 cup bacon bits
salt and pepper to taste

in a large saute pan add olive oil and saute onion for about 1 minute, add garlic, and cabbage cover and simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. When cabbage is softened add the tomatoes, and bacon bits; recover. When cabbage is to your desired doneness, season with salt and pepper to taste.
