Default Broccoli Casserole

Instructions

Cook 1 package (14oz) of frozen Broccoli Florets according to directions; drain.
Combine broccoli with 2 cups cooked rice and 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Top with 1/2 cup butter flavored cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.

Hi ButterSticks; I'm new here and not sure how to use this site. Hopefully, I'll learn more, the more I browse around. Broccoli is a very healthy vegetable so I was looking for another way to cook it, rather than just steam it. Your recipe looks very good and I may try it one day this next week. I'm a little unsure about the butter flavored cracker crumbs but we do like the Ritz crackers. If I do prepare this, I'll check back and let you know how it came out. But sounds delicious. Thank you for posting it.

Smile Ham & Broccoli Casserole

HAM & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients:
2 cups ~ cooked ham, cubed
1 pkg ~ frozen broccoli, thawed
1 cup ~ chopped onion
1 can ~ Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup ~ minute rice, uncooked
1 tsp ~ garlic powder
1/2 tsp ~ salt
1/4 tsp ~ black pepper
1 Tbsp ~ Dijon mustard
1 cup ~ whole milk
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Preheat oven to 350.

Add ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.

Spray a 3 quart casserole dish with PAM.

Pour ingredients into greased casserole dish.

Bake, covered, for 60 minutes.
