3 Cucumbers, sliced very thinly
Put in a colander with 2 tsp. of salt for 1 hour Take 3/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of vinegar and mix it together Take the cucumbers out of the fridge and squeeze as much water as you can out of the cucumbers Mix all ingredients together Salt and pepper to taste For best taste, refrigerate overnight Yummiest when served with a dish that has a meat and potatoes (i.e., pork chops and mashed potatoes), but good not matter what (e.g., hamburgers, lunch meat sandwiches, etc.). |
