Default Eggplant Steak

I love experimenting in the kitchen. I have formulated a recipe that is very easy to cook, affordable and tastes good. Here is the recipe of my own Eggplant Steak.

Ingredients:

Eggplant
Soy sauce
White Onion
Garlic
Sugar

Procedure:
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and onion. Stir until light brown. Put the eggplant. When it is half-cooked, add some soy sauce. Mix well. Then cover it. After 3 minutes, add a pinch of sugar. Cover the pan again for 1 minute. Then you're done. Serve with white garlic on top.

Great!

I think you can add ground pork/beef if you want more flavor. I tried this recipe before without the sugar and I loved it.
