Ingredients:
Celery strips (fresh) Cheese (preferably Mozzerella, Parmesian, or Munster) Nuts (walnuts or cashews) Parsley (dried or fresh) Melt the cheese with a frying pan or microwave. While it's melting, spread the nuts on the celery strips. Then, with a spoon, spread the cheese over the nuts and celery. If you chose fresh parsley, chop it and sprinkle it over the celery, or sprinkle dried parsley over the celery, then you can cut the celery strips into smaller pieces. |
