Smile Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Anyone else roast cherry tomatoes?
I tried them recently and am so hooked.
Roasting them in olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper just til they start to pop is divine eats. My fav way is to add them to pasta salad.
Great way to add flavor to otherwise bland winter tomatoes.

Me.

Love them.

Hey - try the grape tomatoes - sinfully sweet. And use as a topping on a loaded hoagie sammie! OMG - to die for! With the right mix of deli meats (or meat), cheeses, onions, peppers, etc. - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Great post JG!!!
Believe it or not I never heard of that before! I usually make a cherry (or grape) tomatoe salad that I love!

1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
small amount of chopped onion, celery, & bell pepper
dash of season salt of your choice
1 avacado diced (optional)
sugar snap peas (optional)

Mix well and serve & enjoy!

Thanks CCCathy
