4 Lg. baking potatoes
1/3 Cup butter
3/4 Cup crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika


Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch slices. Melt butter in a jelly roll pan in 375 degree oven. Add single layer of potatoes; turn slices once in butter. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.'s or until crisp.

Sounds yummy, Cath!

My sis doesn't cook a lot, but what she does make we all enjoy... she makes a fast, easy potato dish w/ frozen IQF shredded hash browns, french-onion chip-dip, canned cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese and a corn-flake topping... our family loves it and she makes it for all meals...
