Pepper Squash..

G'day..
Not sure if anyone is around or not.. But if you are.. Great.. Making supper for the family again.. (need a break) *grin*.. They have loved your recipes so far.. Tonight I am making the green apples and tendorlion.. with garlic potats.. and for a vegy I bought pepper squash.. Have it cut in fours.. was going to do butter and brown sugar.. But not sure.. any other idea's? Thanx for all your great recipes here.. See the doctor tomorrow.. was hoping he'd send me back to work.. But physio thinks I still need more time off.. So time will tell.. Anyways any help would be appreciated..

Sorry Buddy.. it's green on the outide.. sorta round.. maybe called acorn squash? Not sure..
