Default Green Goddess Dip

Green Goddess Dip

1 ripe avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
2 scallions, green and white parts, coarsly chopped
1/4 cup fresh tarragon
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3/4 cup buttermilk
Salt
Vegetable sticks for dipping

Place the avocado, scallions, tarragon, parsley, vingar, butermilk an d1/2 teaspoon salt in a blender; puree until smooth. Serve with vegetable sticks.

GREEN GODDESS DIP: Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. To serve, garnish with additional snipped chives. Serve with fresh vegetable spears or with dip

That looks nice, love tarragon. And you might enjoy the herb mix in this one?
Has been my go to for a long time and was just published again in the May Bon Appetit.
Love that green goddess is making a comeback!
Have used buttermilk instead of cream in this.

All my life I had thought Green Godess Dressing was a brand name frme the looks of the recipe I can guarantee I would absolutely love this!!!! Thanks Ms.Mai & Nan!!!

thing in the late 50's and early 60's.
