Sweet Corn Bake

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
4 tablespoons sugar, divided
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (15 ounce) can corn
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a small casserole dish. In medium saucepan, heat butter and THREE tablespoons sugar until butter is melted. Mix in flour and remove from heat. Whisk in milk. Heat again until it boils and thickens. Mix in corn and pour into the greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes. After baking mix ONE tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over casserole. Allow to cool slightly to thicken.

This sounds good Ms. Mai! I really used to love to go into the fields and pick fresh sweet corn, and also loved making homemade cream corn too!

I love corn. Of course, I love anything fattening. LOL
