Default Corn Pudding

1 can shoe peg corn
1 1/2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
2 to 3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter

Beat the eggs. Add drained can of corn, sugar, salt, & flour. Blend together. Add milk, and melted butter. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until firm.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
