    Default Decent seviche recipes?

I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes for seviche? I'm familiar with the basics, yet I am unsure about prep time (if any) before serving, and how much lemon juice (right?) to put in. Chime in with any feedback. Thanks.

Cut in to little tinny pieces cucumber, cilantro, tomato, onion. jalapeno, avocado. Then cut crap meat the kind you buy in the market wrapped up. Imitation crab eat (I think its called) Anyhow mix all add lots of lime and tomato juice: Clamato. Its tast great! Yummy!

I'd like the Jamaican recipe for the lime juiced pigs feet.
