    Default Parmesian Fried Zucchini

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs; 1/2 cup grated parmesian cheese; 1 tsp garlic powder; one egg; 5 tablespoons of olive oil; one zucchini cut into one quarter inch slices; one cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

    Cooking Instructions:
    MIX breadcrumbs, parmesian cheese, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Beat egg in another bowl. Dip zucchini into beaten egg then in crumbs. Heat oil in large skillet until medium hot.Fry the slices until golden brown about 3 minutes on one side then flip and cook until completely cooked. Sprinkle mozzerlla cheese over the slices and cook about two more minutes to allow cheese to melt.
