Sauted Broccoli Rabe
This is a very easy delicious way to serve Broccoli Rabe.
Cut the really tough stems leaving the thinner ones. Save the tender leaves but discard the tough large, outer ones. Wash well. Next boil the rabes for about 10-15 minutes. Set Aside. Saute about 1-2 cloves of garlic depending on your taste in about 1-2 tablespoons of garlic. Drain rabes. Add to saute pan and stir until coated. You can make the Broccoli Rabe ahead of time and set aside before placing in the pan with the garlic and olive oil.
