Thanks for the Rib Eye Steak and Cheese Sauce recipe. Like I mentioned in ainjel's thread on homemade pizza I love to substitute the Gruyere cheese for Cheddar cheese. I love to grill Rib Eye Steaks at the beach and will have to make your Gruyere cheese sauce it sounds wonderful.
