Default Garlic Bread

Last night I had garlic bread again for dinner, just garlic bread. Three pieces. I love it, it's great, tastes so good. I feel like I could have it everyday, but I know I can't.

I love garlic bread also. I make it all the time even when I am not having a pasta dish. I make these cheddar and garlic rolls and I end up eating so many of those that I can’t eat my dinner.

I LOVE garlic bread! The only way I know how to make it home-made is to get a loaf of Italian bread, mix butter, garlic, parsley & black pepper together (to taste), spread that on the Italian bread & sprinkle the cheese (I usually use parmesan) on the bread. Bake at 400deg for about 15-20min (until cheese is melted). I love it.

I adore garlic bread, the garlicky-the better! My mom always made it for Sunday dinner growing up.

Thanks. I'm glad you liked it. I've been making it that way since I was about 16.
