Default Baked ziti

I am making baked ziti for dinner tonight. I am a huge fan of Italian food and try new dishes all the time. It’s a very easy recipe to make and only takes about an hour to prep and bake. If anyone has ever tried it let me know.

oh baked ziti is really good, yum. If I had any ricotta in the house I wouldn't be typing right now, I'd be off in the kitchen making baked ziti!

it is a really good dish to make to feed a crowd, too.

You know, I grew up in an italian home and we never had baked Ziti (or any sort of baked pasta except Lasagna). I wonder if this is an American innovation?

Raquelita, I bet it is.

I am not Italian but I have traveled there a few times and it's interesting the things you don't see, that we are used to seeing here and calling Italian food.

I love baked ziti!!

How are you making yours? Are you doing a simple red sauce, and finishing with mozerella? Or are you going all out and layering with a mixture of ricotta, mozerella, parmesean, and garlic?

MMMMM! I really want some baked pasta now. Don't forget to update us on how your ziti turned out!

Yum! This sounds sooo good. I loved baked pasta dishes with a ton of melted cheese all over it!

I love Italian food. Ziti is good, but I prefer tortelini alfredo. It is SO good! I've only had it a couple times, but mmmm...I definately wouldn't mind having it again.
