Congrats to your mom & I hope everyone likes your cookies.

We had Fiesta Chicken Pasta last night... I'm hoping this menu thing does help save us some money. Tonight we are having Quick-Fix Cheeseburger Meat Loaf. Hubby should be happy because he loves meat loaf. Especially when it has cheese in it.

I ended up making a chiken pot pie last night. It's one of those "one dish meals" for nights I just don't feel like doing much.

The baby's been having a hard time sleeping lately and it seems like I've done more putting him back to sleep in the middle of the night than actually sleeping myself. So instead of starting dinner while he was napping yesterday afternoon, I laid down myself.

We had basmati rice, fried flounder and ice tea to drink. The flounder was breaded with corn meal and seasonings. It turned out pretty good. No vegetables because I have to go to the store.

We had carne asada tacos with beans and spanish rice. The kids love carne asada and the store had it on sell. Tonight we are having pizza as for it is my late night at work.

We skipped dinner tonight. We went out for lunch and then stopped for frozen custard on the way home. I was still so full at dinner time we just fed the baby leftovers and we skipped eating all together.
