I love Burritos! In fact, that's what I had for dinner last night at the Chipotle-Mexican Grill. I like the fajita burritos more i.e. the ones with onions & green bell peppers rather than the refried beans. I love tacos too, especially the crispy ones!

I had the boring mac n cheese.
Just added some veggies to make it taste a little better
but don't think it made much difference!

I made turkey tacos/burritos with taco seasoned turkey, rice, black beans, cheese, taco sauce and hard and soft tortillas shells. For being a quick thrown together meal, it wasn't too bad at all.

I had noodle salad with peanut sauce, stuffed grape leaves, curry chicken, rice
and also pita with hummus. There was a small party in the department.

bowl of cheerios and some rye toast. (in my defense, I'd had an hour sleep the night before and a husband who is now incompacitated - I really didn't feel like cooking!)

We had smoked sausage with potatoes. It was quick and simple and the kids love it.

I made homemade pizza! DH had cooked some stuff on the grill over the wkend including Italian sausage. I took the leftover sausage, pizza sauce, and cheese, on a crust and baked it all. YUM. I'll have to do that again! Usually we just order out if we want pizza.
