We had beef stroganoff with buttered peas, and French bread.

Tonight, I have some chicken breasts in the crock pot with cream of mushroom soup. I'll add a couple of veggies, probably mashed potatoes and glazed carrots.

Last night we grilled steaks and zucchini. I added some steamed broccoli too.

Last night we had salmon pATTIES and rice. They came out pretty good. But only thing is I was out of olive oil. They taste better with olive oil. I was too lazy to go to the store. We had sweet tea to drink.

We had some grilled tuna with some homemade sauce out my my grandmas recipe, and some carrots and peas for dinner. Tuna has omega 3 which is good for the heart so we all should have some once in a while.

I was on vacation, and I went to a Mexican restaurant called the *I can't remember the name, something to do with Red...*, and I had a quesadilla. BBQ beef, cheese, and salsa. Couldn't finish it though, too big.

Last night we had chinese food. We got it from a restaurant near my home called Hong Kong restaurant. They have the best shrimp egg rolls ever lol! I had sesame chicken with fried rice. Oh and I had some of that good ole lemonade in the plastic container. That was probably about 2000
+ calories. I need to do two workouts today lol!

I only had corn on the cob last night, one stick of it. Although I was kind of hungry, it filled me up good.
