Last night we had Jamaican jerk shrimp, mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Tonight will be king ranch casserole.

Well, I lied, tonight we were lazy and picked up some hot wings. They're 35 cents each today, after all.

I'll do the king ranch casserole tomorrow.

It's summertime. It's Tuesday. What else would be right? Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches on whole wheat toast made with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Heaven! Maybe I need to eat two. I like to make them with center cut bacon so you avoid 1/2 the fat of regular bacon.

Ooh jamaican jerk shrimp. That sounds so good. I had that once at a jamaican restaurant.

I tried a new recipe: Feta Chicken Pasta. I thought it would be really good but eh, the feta was not working for me tonight.

Hey, great thread! I enjoy hearing what everyone else has for dinner. But you would expect that from someone who enjoys peering in other people's fridges and carts at the grocery store.

But! I digress. For dinner I made a caulflower frittata and a mixed green salad with Thai dressing. Fresh strawberries followed.

So why then, was I hungry an hours later? LOL

Well, tonight I had some good ol' Hamburger Helper. It was great. I love it for a quick meal with little effort.

Last night we had creamy ham casserole. Not sure about tonight yet, it might be a good night to grill. Except of course that it's supposed to be about 105 degrees.

Hamburger helper is wonderful. My favorite kind is the cheeseburger one. I forget the exact name but it has macaroni noodles in it. I always buy two boxes for one dinner. It is so fast and easy
