I must say you all have some very good stuff lined up. Mine consists mostly of Ramen and Tilapia. I don't have much time to cook during my work week, but I do love to find new stuff to try on my off days. Tilapia is so easy to prepare, season, and cook, not to mention it is cheap.

You could try to cook a couple main dishes on a weekend, then freeze them in portions for during the week. Or as a a few people here in this forum do, toss a lot of stuff in a crock pot, and let it simmer all day waiting for you to get home.

I have the time issue myself. I like to eat in variety, so I always take the time to make my own meals instead of ordering in. In the end it's about your personal health and as Bill Clinton learned, it's too late when you find out.

One thing I do all the time is that I have a salad at every meal.

I didn't know so many people had pre-determined meals. I just play it by ear. Usually on friday, saturday, or sunday, I will have pizza. That's as close as I come to having a schedule.
