I have a friend who prepares a dessert everynight for after dinner. I have never done this. I usually will give the kids a snack before bed time to tie them over till the morning. If you do prepare a dessert is it something light or something heavy?

That is what we do in our house as well. The kids might have ice cream or popcorn before bed but not every night. I just couldn't imagine cooking a meal and then cooking a dessert. I really don't like to cook as it is. If I could I would eat out everynight. LOL

Usually for the asian culture, our main course would be so filling that it's impossible to have deserts.
3 main dishes and 1 big bowl of soup to eat for a table of 4 perhaps. so there's plenty to go around. Hmmm, if really still hungry, probably grab a slice of bread before heading to sleep? |

LMAO!!! Sounds cruel - but I can't help it! But then again - when he asks what the sweet dish is - tell him I AM! |
